Returning from dropping off daughter at school at
With great hesitation I press the send button and offer a cautious “ Hello ?”. Larry says “Dave this is Larry, your boat is ready to go!”. Confident I misheard him, I said "What? Are you sure?". Larry says “Yes, I had one of my part time mechanics come in last night, and he wanted a quick job. So I had him work on your boat. Everything you asked for is done”.
I said “W O W, I really appreciate that! I did not plan on coming out your way today. I’ll make every effort to get out there before you close”. ( It did not hurt it was such a nice day ). I called Ray man, who is in Six Sigma training this week (bad timing Ray). I called Scott T. who said his son-in-law was having surgery (Scott- your daughter needs to be more accessible) and he’s not able to make it either.

Sadly, the lack of a partner, no mom at home, and a mountain of homework combined to quench any hopes of testing the new aquatic creature locating device.
