We at Capt. Dave's make dreams come true.
After many unsuccessful attempts, during our most recent outing to Lake Lemon, Mr. Irwin satisfies a life long dream, to become one with a creature from the aquatic world. Living his dream came at the cost of another.
We are equally concerned for the health of the creature pictured here, and as a part of Capt. Dave's catch and release program, this Bass is currently ongoing extensive therapy after his traumatic encounter. We remain in constant contact with the Department of Natural Resources however after this event they are concerned if it will ever return to the wild.
Although many other fish were caught and released, this was the only fish to endure the full brunt of the "Irwin Effect".
